To je jist\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad klasifikace manukov\u00e9ho medu MGO.\"<br \/>Citace profesora Thomase Henleho - objevitele MGO - Dr\u00e1\u017e\u010fansk\u00e1 univerzita (N\u011bmecko)<br \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p>V roce 2006 u\u010dinil profesor Thomas Henle z Technick\u00e9 univerzity v Dr\u00e1\u017e\u010fanech z\u00e1sadn\u00ed objev: prok\u00e1zal, \u017ee metylglyoxal (MGO) je kl\u00ed\u010dovou slou\u010deninou zodpov\u011bdnou za zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed bioaktivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky manukov\u00e9ho medu. Tento objev znamenal pr\u016flom v pochopen\u00ed toho, pro\u010d je manukov\u00fd med ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s jin\u00fdmi druhy medu tak jedine\u010dn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<h3>P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky profesora Henleho k v\u00fdzkumu manukov\u00e9ho medu:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>V\u011bdeck\u00e9 publikace:<br \/>Od sv\u00e9ho p\u0159evratn\u00e9ho objevu publikoval profesor Henle \u0159adu v\u011bdeck\u00fdch prac\u00ed o manukov\u00e9m medu a jeho bioaktivn\u00edch vlastnostech a upevnil si tak pozici jednoho z p\u0159edn\u00edch odborn\u00edk\u016f v t\u00e9to oblasti.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>MGO a bioaktivita:<br \/>Jeho pr\u00e1ce prok\u00e1zala, \u017ee vysok\u00fd obsah MGO v manukov\u00e9m medu je p\u0159\u00edmo zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za jeho siln\u00e9 antibakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed a l\u00e9\u010debn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e je vysoce cen\u011bn pro sv\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ve spole\u010dnosti MNZ se \u0159\u00edd\u00edme v\u011bdeck\u00fdmi z\u00e1sadami, kter\u00e9 stanovili v\u011bdci jako profesor Henle, abychom zajistili, \u017ee si n\u00e1\u0161 manukov\u00fd med zachov\u00e1 bioaktivn\u00ed vlastnosti, d\u00edky nim\u017e je tak v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fd. Pr\u00e1ce profesora Molana, kter\u00fd spolupracuje s v\u00fdzkumnou jednotkou Waikato Honey Research Unit, m\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u00fdznam pro pochopen\u00ed jedine\u010dn\u00e9 bioaktivity manukov\u00e9ho medu, zejm\u00e9na v oblasti medic\u00edny.<\/p>\n<h3>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky profesora Petera Molana:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Objev UMF (Unique Manuka Factor):<br \/>Profesor Molan vymyslel term\u00edn UMF, co\u017e je zkratka pro Unique Manuka Factor, kter\u00fd popisuje zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed biologickou aktivitu manukov\u00e9ho medu. Jeho v\u00fdzkum uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee manukov\u00fd med m\u00e1 v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 antibakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed a l\u00e9\u010debn\u00e9 vlastnosti, kter\u00e9 ho odli\u0161uj\u00ed od ostatn\u00edch druh\u016f medu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>V\u00fdzkum zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd na zdravotn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednosy:<br \/>Profesor Molan se ve sv\u00fdch pr\u016fkopnick\u00fdch publikac\u00edch zam\u011b\u0159il na \u00fa\u010dinnost manukov\u00e9ho medu p\u0159i l\u00e9\u010db\u011b r\u016fzn\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b l\u00e9\u010dby cizopasn\u00fdch bakteri\u00ed a ran. Objev methylglyoxalu (MGO) pozd\u011bji objasnil bioaktivn\u00ed roli t\u00e9to slou\u010deniny v manukov\u00e9m medu a d\u00e1le potvrdil v\u00fdsledky jeho v\u00fdzkumu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Odkaz a dopad:<\/h3>\n<p>Pr\u016fkopnick\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce a v\u011bdeck\u00e9 publikace profesora Petera Molana zanechaly trval\u00fd odkaz ve studiu manukov\u00e9ho medu, kter\u00fd se stal jedn\u00edm z nejprozkouman\u011bj\u0161\u00edch a nejoce\u0148ovan\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch produkt\u016f na sv\u011bt\u011b. Ve sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci se zam\u011b\u0159il na zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnosti p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch l\u00e1tek, v\u010detn\u011b produkt\u016f s obsahem cyklodextrin\u016f, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed zlep\u0161it antibakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed vlastnosti l\u00e1tek, jako je Manuka Honey a propolis.<\/p>\n<h3>P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky profesora Terao:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Antibakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e1tky se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm obsahem cyklodextrinu:<br \/>Profesor Terao se intenzivn\u011b zab\u00fdval v\u00fdvojem produkt\u016f obohacen\u00fdch cyklodextrinem, kter\u00e9 by mohly zes\u00edlit antibakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch l\u00e1tek, jako je manukov\u00fd med. C\u00edlem tohoto v\u00fdzkumu bylo vytvo\u0159it \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed antibakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dbu a prost\u0159edky poch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed z p\u0159\u00edrody.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>V\u00fdzkum propolisu a manukov\u00e9ho medu:<br \/>Krom\u011b pr\u00e1ce s cyklodextrinem se profesor Terao v\u011bnoval tak\u00e9 v\u00fdzkumu propolisu a manukov\u00e9ho medu, kter\u00e9 jsou zn\u00e1m\u00e9 sv\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edmi antimikrobi\u00e1ln\u00edmi vlastnostmi. Jeho studie pomohly zd\u016fraznit jedine\u010dn\u00e9 vlastnosti novoz\u00e9landsk\u00e9ho manukov\u00e9ho medu a d\u00e1le upevnily jeho postaven\u00ed jako \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edho l\u00e9ku.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V\u00fdzkum profesora Teraa hr\u00e1l kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli v rozvoji v\u011bdeck\u00e9ho pozn\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00e9 bioaktivity manukov\u00e9ho medu a jeho potenci\u00e1lu pro vyu\u017eit\u00ed v l\u00e9ka\u0159stv\u00ed a terapii. Jeho p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky, stejn\u011b jako p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky dal\u0161\u00edch v\u011bdc\u016f, nad\u00e1le p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k v\u00fdrob\u011b vysoce kvalitn\u00edho bioaktivn\u00edho manukov\u00e9ho medu.
