Klasifikace medu jako <strong>monoflor\u00e1ln\u00ed Manuka<\/strong>, mus\u00ed spl\u0148ovat <strong>p\u011bt<\/strong> krit\u00e9ria sou\u010dasn\u011b:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>\u010cty\u0159i chemick\u00e9 markery<\/strong> p\u0159\u00edtomnost nad stanoven\u00fdmi prahov\u00fdmi hodnotami:\n<ul>\n<li>Kyselina 3-fenylml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e1<\/li>\n<li>2-methoxyacetofenon<\/li>\n<li>kyselina 2-methoxybenzoov\u00e1<\/li>\n<li>kyselina 4-hydroxyfenyloctov\u00e1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>DNA marker<\/strong>: detekovateln\u00e1 pylov\u00e1 DNA <em>Leptospermum scoparium<\/em> (Manuka).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Pozn\u00e1mka:<\/em> <strong>MGO (methylglyoxal)<\/strong> je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm <em>kvalita a charakteristika v\u00fdrobku<\/em>, ale je to <strong>ne<\/strong> po\u017eadavek MPI na mono\/multi klasifikaci. Manuka mnohokv\u011bt\u00e1 obsahuje manukov\u00fd nektar, ale nespl\u0148uje v\u0161ech p\u011bt krit\u00e9ri\u00ed MPI ani jejich prahov\u00e9 hodnoty.<\/p>\n<p>Stanoven\u00ed t\u011bchto v\u011bdeck\u00fdch krit\u00e9ri\u00ed je v\u00fdsledkem dlouholet\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu. V 80. a 90. letech 20. stolet\u00ed v\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee manukov\u00fd med vykazuje profil odli\u0161n\u00fd od ostatn\u00edch med\u016f. Zat\u00edmco mnoh\u00e9 medy se spol\u00e9haj\u00ed p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b na \u00fa\u010dinky souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s peroxidem vod\u00edku, Manuka vykazuje jedine\u010dn\u00e9 neperoxidov\u00e9 vlastnosti.
