Dieses Programm spiegelt unser unersch\u00fctterliches Engagement f\u00fcr eine nachhaltige Imkerei, den Schutz der Umwelt und die Herstellung des reinsten rohen, ungefilterten, nicht pasteurisierten, monofloralen Manuka-Honigs der Welt wider.<\/p>\n<h4>F\u00fcrsorge f\u00fcr unsere Bienen<\/h4>\n<p>MNZ verwaltet mehr als 5.600 Bienenst\u00f6cke, in denen Millionen von Bienen in l\u00e4ndlichen und unber\u00fchrten Gebieten auf den Nord- und S\u00fcdinseln Neuseelands leben. Diese Bienenst\u00f6cke reichen von gro\u00dfen Betrieben mit mehr als 80 Bienenv\u00f6lkern bis hin zu kleinen, abgelegenen Anlagen mit nur ein paar Bienenv\u00f6lkern, die strategisch in Regionen mit vielen Manukab\u00e4umen platziert sind.<\/p>\n<p>Unser Programm f\u00fcr Bienenschutz und -gesundheit umfasst:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anstellung eines spezialisierten Imkers und saisonaler Imkereiinspektoren mit zugewiesenen Gebieten auf beiden Inseln.<\/li>\n<li>Regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Inspektion von Bienenst\u00f6cken, Bienenv\u00f6lkern und K\u00f6niginnen auf Sch\u00e4dlinge wie Varroa- und Tropilaelaps-Milben, Krankheitserreger wie Nosema und andere virale Krankheiten.<\/li>\n<li>Das Gedeihen der Bienenv\u00f6lker wird sichergestellt, indem die Bienen ausschlie\u00dflich mit ihrem eigenen Honigvorrat gef\u00fcttert werden, der mitten in der Saison aufgebaut wird, um den Winter zu \u00fcberstehen. Zus\u00e4tzliche F\u00fctterung erfolgt nur in extremen Wintern, um die Gesundheit und Nachhaltigkeit der Bienenv\u00f6lker zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Sicherstellung von reinem und gesundem Honig<\/h4>\n<p>Das Bienenschutz- und Gesundheitsprogramm f\u00fchrt strenge Qualit\u00e4tskontrollen durch, um sicherzustellen, dass der gesamte Honig den h\u00f6chsten Standards entspricht. Die Testparameter umfassen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mikrobiologische Elemente<\/li>\n<li>Gifte und Pestizide<\/li>\n<li>Zucker und Pollengehalt<\/li>\n<li>Feuchtigkeit, Geschmack, Farbe und Enzymaktivit\u00e4t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass jede Charge, die unsere Verpackungsanlage erreicht und verl\u00e4sst, von au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlicher Qualit\u00e4t ist.<\/p>\n<h4>Regulatorische Aufsicht und Zusammenarbeit<\/h4>\n<p>MNZ h\u00e4lt sich an strenge Richtlinien, die von zwei wichtigen neuseel\u00e4ndischen Beh\u00f6rden festgelegt wurden:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Ministerium f\u00fcr Prim\u00e4rindustrie (MPI):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00dcberwacht das Lebensmittelsicherheitssystem des Landes und setzt Standards f\u00fcr die Lebensmittelindustrie.<\/li>\n<li>MNZ nimmt am nationalen Screening-Programm des MPI teil, neben seiner eigenen Chargen\u00fcberwachung.<\/li>\n<li>Entspricht Abschnitt 8.0 der MPI Consolidated List of Tests for Animal Products, in der die Untersuchung von Honig auf chemische R\u00fcckst\u00e4nde aufgef\u00fchrt ist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Umweltschutzbeh\u00f6rde (EPA):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sch\u00fctzt Bienen und andere Best\u00e4uber durch die Regulierung der Verwendung von Insektiziden, einschlie\u00dflich Neonicotinoiden.<\/li>\n<li>Setzt strenge Regeln durch, um die Risiken f\u00fcr Best\u00e4uber zu minimieren und das \u00f6kologische Gleichgewicht zu erhalten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Ferngesteuerte Bienenstockplatzierung f\u00fcr Reinheit<\/h4>\n<p>Um unseren rohen Manuka-Honig zu sch\u00fctzen, stellt MNZ die Bienenst\u00f6cke an abgelegenen, l\u00e4ndlichen und unber\u00fchrten Orten auf, weit weg von Ackerland. Dadurch wird die Belastung durch Herbizide und Pestizide minimiert und die nat\u00fcrliche Reinheit des Honigs gew\u00e4hrleistet.<\/p>\n<h4>Umfassende Tests f\u00fcr Reinheit<\/h4>\n<p>MNZ-Honig wird umfassenden Tests auf nat\u00fcrlich vorkommende Verbindungen und Spurenelemente von Pestiziden unterzogen. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass unsere Rohhonigprodukte zu den reinsten der Welt geh\u00f6ren und die internationalen Qualit\u00e4tsstandards erf\u00fcllen und \u00fcbertreffen.<\/p>\n<h4>Nachhaltige Verpackung und Produktion<\/h4>\n<p>MNZ-Honig wird in Neuseeland hergestellt, verarbeitet und verpackt, wobei ausschlie\u00dflich BPA-freie Verpackungen verwendet werden.
