Manuka New Zealand produces only raw, monofloral Kanuka Honey. Unlike Manuka Honey, Kanuka Honey is not characterized by the presence of MGO but by substances that have not yet been identified by scientists. Kanuka Honey has similar properties as Manuka Honey has, but no unambiguous substance has been found that is responsible for the unique bioactivity of Kanuka Honey.
Collected from beehives in remote, pristine areas of New Zealand, each batch of Kanuka Honey is tested and certified. This guarantees the authenticity and the bio-active power of each product.
