Este programa refleja nuestro compromiso inquebrantable con la apicultura sostenible, la protecci\u00f3n del medio ambiente y la producci\u00f3n de la miel de Manuka monofloral cruda, sin filtrar ni pasteurizar m\u00e1s pura del mundo.<\/p>\n<h4>El cuidado de nuestras abejas<\/h4>\n<p>MNZ gestiona m\u00e1s de 5.600 colmenas que albergan millones de abejas en zonas rurales y v\u00edrgenes de las islas Norte y Sur de Nueva Zelanda. Estas colmenas abarcan desde grandes explotaciones con m\u00e1s de 80 colonias hasta peque\u00f1as y remotas instalaciones con unas pocas colonias, situadas estrat\u00e9gicamente en regiones en las que abundan los \u00e1rboles de Manuka.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestro programa de protecci\u00f3n y salud de las abejas incluye<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contrataci\u00f3n de un apicultor especializado y de inspectores ap\u00edcolas estacionales, con zonas asignadas en ambas islas.<\/li>\n<li>Inspecci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica de colmenas, colonias y reinas para detectar plagas como los \u00e1caros Varroa y Tropilaelaps, pat\u00f3genos como Nosema y otras enfermedades v\u00edricas.<\/li>\n<li>Garantizar la prosperidad de las colonias alimentando a las abejas exclusivamente con su propia miel, acumulada a mitad de temporada para sobrevivir al invierno. La alimentaci\u00f3n suplementaria s\u00f3lo se proporciona durante inviernos extremos para garantizar la salud y la sostenibilidad de la colmena.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Miel pura y sana<\/h4>\n<p>El Programa de Protecci\u00f3n y Sanidad de las Abejas aplica estrictos controles de calidad para garantizar que toda la miel cumple las normas m\u00e1s estrictas. Los par\u00e1metros de las pruebas incluyen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Elementos microbiol\u00f3gicos<\/li>\n<li>Toxinas y pesticidas<\/li>\n<li>Contenido en az\u00facares y polen<\/li>\n<li>Humedad, sabor, color y actividad enzim\u00e1tica<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esto garantiza que todos los lotes que entran y salen de nuestras instalaciones de envasado son de una calidad excepcional.<\/p>\n<h4>Supervisi\u00f3n normativa y colaboraci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<p>MNZ cumple las estrictas directrices establecidas por dos importantes organismos neozelandeses:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Ministerio de Industrias Primarias (MPI):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervisa el sistema de seguridad alimentaria del pa\u00eds y establece normas para la industria alimentaria.<\/li>\n<li>MNZ participa en el programa nacional de detecci\u00f3n de MPI, junto con su propio control de lotes.<\/li>\n<li>Cumple la secci\u00f3n 8.0 de la Lista consolidada de pruebas para productos de origen animal de la MPI, que detalla las pruebas de residuos qu\u00edmicos para la miel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Autoridad de Protecci\u00f3n del Medio Ambiente (EPA):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Protege a las abejas y otros polinizadores regulando el uso de insecticidas, incluidos los neonicotinoides.<\/li>\n<li>Aplica normas estrictas para mitigar los riesgos para los polinizadores y mantener el equilibrio ecol\u00f3gico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Colocaci\u00f3n remota de colmenas para la pureza<\/h4>\n<p>Para proteger nuestra miel de Manuka cruda, MNZ coloca las colmenas en lugares remotos, rurales y v\u00edrgenes, lejos de las tierras de cultivo.
