About MNZ (Manuka New Zealand)
MNZ (Manuka New Zealand) is dedicated to producing premium raw, monofloral MGO Manuka Honey directly from the untouched landscapes of New Zealand. Our philosophy is simple: preserve nature’s integrity while delivering authentic, scientifically tested Manuka honey of exceptional quality.
In a market where many honeys are heavily processed, blended or overheated, MNZ takes a different approach. We produce only raw, unfiltered and unpasteurized Manuka honey, carefully handled to preserve its natural properties, rich flavor profile and authentic character.
Raw Manuka Honey from New Zealand
Our Manuka honey is harvested from remote regions of New Zealand where bees forage in pristine natural environments. Every batch is processed at temperatures that never exceed the natural temperature of the hive, helping to maintain naturally occurring enzymes, amino acids and nutrients.
The result is a thick, rich and slightly textured honey with a distinctive aroma and full-bodied taste that reflects the purity of genuine raw Manuka honey.
Scientifically Tested Quality
MNZ uses the scientifically recognized MGO grading system to measure the naturally occurring Methylglyoxal (MGO) levels found in authentic Manuka honey. Every batch is independently tested in accredited laboratories for MGO, DHA, HMF, Leptosperin, pollen profile, microbiological parameters and authenticity.
Our products are also tested for contaminants including glyphosate, glufosinate, PFAS, antibiotics, heavy metals and microplastics to ensure exceptional purity and quality standards.
Respect for Bees and Nature
At MNZ, responsible beekeeping is at the core of everything we do. Through our BeeProtective™ programme, our bees are cared for with respect and are fed with their own honey rather than artificial sugar syrups.
We believe healthy bees are essential for producing exceptional Manuka honey while maintaining a sustainable balance with nature.
Fully Traceable from Hive to Jar
MNZ maintains strict control throughout the entire production process, from beehive to final packaging. This fully integrated approach allows us to guarantee traceability, transparency and consistency in every jar we produce.
Sustainable Packaging
Our Manuka honey is packaged in BPA-free rPET jars made from 100% recycled PET. Compared to traditional glass packaging, rPET reduces energy consumption and lowers greenhouse gas emissions during transportation.
